I understand that older computers break, hard drives crash and downloads sometimes fail. If you need to replace a purchased volume of TMC or a book is lost or damaged in the mail, simply let me know and I can send a replacement.
There’s no need to reorder and should a download fail, it would be helpful if you would describe what happened and what page you were on when the problem occurred. This will help my IT support fix problems with the site.
